Studio baby milestone photography sessions allow your baby's session to be fully customized! If you like staying out of the rain and heat, we can schedule these around your little one's naps during the day. We can come up with a plan to celebrate their sitter, first, second, third birthday!

Those curls and that smile! Elijah had so much fun at his first birthday cake smash photo session! He smashed his cake, crawled all over, got to take a bunch of pictures with balloons, and left thoroughly ready to take an epic nap after his fun morning!

Eliza's mom wanted to celebrate her first trip around the sun with a gorgeous gold and green photoshoot cake smash! Eliza had so much fun with her cake while mom, dad, and sister sat back and watched these fun happen! Of course, we had to get some sibling portraits at the end too!

You've now seen my work and would like to chat about a session! Yay! Reach out to me from the contact page and get more information on whether we are a good fit for your baby's upcoming milestone! Whether I have done your baby's newborn session or not, I would love to see them for a sitter session to capture those chunky thighs and sheer pride at their newfound ability to not fall over! 1. Say Hello
2. Let's make it official
If we are an awesome fit and you're ready to get on my calendar - let's make it all official! I will send you over the agreement and invoice for your $200 retainer. I will also send over a questionnaire to learn about your family so I can design the perfect session for you. You will let me know whether you would like your session in my indoor Beaverton commercial studio, or outdoors. Most families opt to do an indoor cake smash, and then head out to a local park for family pictures all together!
3. Let's plan this
I will work with you to pick outfits from my client closet, or point you in the direction of some adorable boutiques online that I know photograph well. I will walk you through how to prepare your child for their session to ensure the most smiles and giggles. We will plan around your little one's naptimes so we don't have any sleepy babies! You will have me to help with everything!
4. The big day
The day has come and it's session time. You will show up with your child and I will interact with them while you hang back and watch the cuteness unfold. I will go through my workflow to get a variety of looks during the session. If it's a cake smash, we will get classic portraits before you do an outfit swap and dig in to the cake! We will play music, make some animal noises to get smiles, and just have a great time! If you've opted to do some outdoor family pictures after, we will end the session at a local park. Then it's less than a week wait until your proofing gallery is in your inbox!
5. your photographs
Within a week, you will receive an email with your online gallery reveal. You will pick your favorites, then I will get to work on editing them to perfection! Your final images will be done within a week, and you can place your order for archival quality heirloom prints and wall art that will ship directly to you. Lets get those adorable pictures into your hands, not just on your hard drive! The last step is just to enjoy your portraits for years to come!

AFTER YOUR SESSION, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ONLINE GALLERY OF YOUR IMAGE PROOFS, THERE, YOU WILL CHOOSE WHICH IMAGES YOU LOVE! YOUR RETAINER APPLIES DIRECTLY TO YOUR CHOSEN IMAGE COLLECTION.
