Services
It does not matter if you want a home birth, water birth, or hospital birth. You can have the support of a doula. The doula will help you determine your birth plan and what is the best option for you and your family. They provide support throughout the delivery and will help you with first feeding after the baby arrives, a follow-up visit following the birth, and then up to three-month contact support as needed. Whether you are looking for extra support during labor, newborn care classes, or just need help once your little one arrives, ABC Doula offers kind and caring doulas who are here to support you in every way you need!
ABC Packages
The Supported Start Package includes a parenting class for newborns and 2 daytime or 1 overnight doula visit after the baby arrives. So it is perfect for additional support right when you deliver. This serves as their base package for ABC Doula services.
The Soft Landing Package includes the parenting class, 1 to 2 weeks of care after the baby arrives (up to 40 hours day or night), and a one-hour new baby consultation.
The Restful Nights Package includes the newborn baby class, a daytime visit the first week, 2 to 4 weeks of care (12 nights) after the baby arrives, and a one-hour baby consultation.
Now, if you really need sleep, this We Need Sleep Package is for you. It includes the newborn baby class, 4 daytime visits in the first two weeks, about 3 to 4 nights per week for 8 to 10 weeks (52 visits) of overnight stays, and 2 newborn baby consults.
