Piccolina Portland | New & Resale Children’s Boutique for Your Littles

Are you tired of spending a fortune on clothes that your kid only wears once? Or are you tired of shelling out an arm and a leg for an outfit that gets destroyed by spaghetti night? Piccolina Portland has the answers for you!

About Piccolina Portland

Piccolina Portland is a new and resale boutique for kids. They were awarded the Top Five award in 2021 by the Reader’s Choice Awards for PDX Parenting Picks. Piccolina Portland is a family-owned and operated children’s resale store, serving Portland neighbors since 2008. The boutique aims to provide high-quality gently-used clothing, shoes, toys, and gear for your rapidly-growing little ones. Piccolina Portland specializes in dressing your little ones in hip resale and local handmade kid’s clothing from newborn to size 10.

Products

For those looking to buy, you will be sure to find recycled and gently worn clothing, locally handmade gifts, toys, books, strollers, high chairs, carriers, bassinets, and even maternity clothing for moms! They buy only the highest-quality gently-used children’s clothing that they can find. Piccolina is happy to sell, trade, and consign. Piccolina Portland has high standards for the merchandise they sell. Therefore, they carry only top quality, brand-name kids and maternity clothing in current fashion (generally no more than five years old).

Consignment/Sell/Trade

Some brands they accept are Gap, REI, Columbia, Patagonia, Mustard Pie, Tea Collection, and most organic brands. They do not accept Carters, Children’s Place, Old Navy, Target Brand, and other mainstream discount store brands. The boutique also cannot take car seats or cribs, but be sure to call ahead, and the super friendly staff will be able to answer any questions you may have. Piccolina Portland loves buying unique, handmade, and vintage pieces as well. If your little one has grown out of their sleep sacks, cloth diapers, and diaper covers, bring ’em on in, as they buy those too.

Bring in samples if you’re a crafty mama and would like to discuss selling your creations at Piccolina Portland. This team loves to see them and help support the local community. They also have some great options if you are interested in selling, trading, or consigning.

To trade, you can bring in your items and receive 40% of what you bring in as store credit for up to one year. If you want to sell, you will receive 30% of what Piccolina Portland will sell your items for, and you will receive cash on the spot. Consignment, usually offered on larger items like furniture and strollers, will be on the sales floor for two months. You receive 50% of the price your items sold for. If they do not sell, you can come and get them or donate the items to a local charity.
