About Sweetpea’s Portland

Located in Portland, Oregon, Sweetpea’s Resale is family-owned and locally operated. It opened in 2010 and quickly became a beloved part of the SE Portland community. The store offers many gently-used items, including clothing (for newborns through size 10/12), shoes, accessories, toys, and books. This inviting, friendly environment hosts over 1500 active consignors, meaning there are always new items being put on the shelves or added to the online store!

Sweetpea’s is selective about what items are in proper condition for resale, and families can always find quality merchandise for reasonable prices. Only items in excellent condition are available for resale.

Specialty

Sweetpea’s also allows Portland families to sell or trade toys, gear, and clothes that their children have outgrown. Parents can bring in up to 2 full grocery bags or 1 large IKEA bag full of things. All toys must contain all the pieces, clothing must be in good condition, and baby equipment must be clean and ready to sell. Consignors earn 40% on sold items or trade them for 30% of the assessed value of the items (for store credit).

Many items are also available online, making it even easier for families to find great deals! In addition, local families can shop online, take advantage of free, in-store pickup, and avoid shipping costs.

Sweetpea’s wants every family to stay safe and healthy. So they currently carry a selection of locally-made, hand-sewn face masks for children, tweens, and adults.
